Every project begins with a deep plunge into a company’s history and atmosphere. From a blank page to the final application of gold leaf, Transearch’s identity is translated into a visual language where every layer tells a story.
Translating the invisible
Executive search is the art of balance: absolute confidentiality, a surgical sense of detail, and the rare ability to see a candidate’s singularity and align it seamlessly with the organisation’s vision.
This collection was born from an exchange aimed at capturing what is said between the lines. The resulting works use a specific chromatic code that is not merely aesthetic, but a matter of identity:
Yellow: Represents empathy and active listening.
Red: Symbolises the structure and precision of the selection process.
Fire Tones: Capturing the warmth and collective energy of the internal culture.
Burgundy: A tribute to the journey on the wine route that preceded the firm’s founding.
Grey: Derived from the Transearch identity, representing maturity, stability, and the company’s brand identity.
Two facets of a single soul
Piece I: The Instinct (L’Instinct)
A portrait focused on intuition and discernment. The gaze, inspired by the vigilance of the wolf, evokes a sense of instinct and protection. The mask symbolises both professional confidentiality and the refined elegance of a Venetian ball.
Piece II: The Culmination (L’Aboutissement)
The synthesis of the collection. While the colored squares are concentrated within the mask, the professional role, the face is treated in black and white to represent the human experience and maturity that remain beyond the method.
The technique – a reflection of the rigor behind the recruitment process
The squares: Every candidate evaluated over the years is represented by a square, a rigorous, structured form that remains entirely unique, just like the profiles they represent.
The Emergence: Through a long and methodical process of layering masking tape and stencils, the faces emerge from the shadows into the light.
The “Golden Fragments”: Gold leaf is applied to specific squares to represent the rare profiles, the pépites, that Transearch presents to its clients.
